It is a compulsory document while applying for Residence Permit. Students who are going to stay in China for more than 6 months (holding ‘X1 Visa ’ ) are required to apply for this document. Students holding ‘X2 Visa ’ are not required to proceed with this document. If you have already gone through a physical examination in your home country please take the original of your Foreigner Physical Examination Form as well as all the laboratory materials with you. The staff of health center will go through your physical examination reports and will inform you if your reports meet the standard required.

5. Confirmation of Examination Results:
If a student has undergone a physical examination abroad, they must bring the original Chinese or English medical examination results issued by overseas medical institutions (including original X-rays and electrocardiograms) to the above address for result confirmation. If the examination results are not confirmed, the student must undergo another examination.
New students whose entrance physical examinations are deemed unsatisfactory (not meeting the health standards for foreign nationals entering China as stipulated by the Chinese national health and quarantine authorities) must immediately withdraw from the university and return to their home country. If the student has other illnesses that, as certified by a medical institution, can be treated in the short term to meet the health standards, upon application by the student and approval by the university, the student may be allowed to retain their admission status for one year and must return home for treatment within one month.
International students retaining their admission status must apply to the university two months before the start of the next academic year. Upon certification by a hospital and reevaluation by the university, students who meet the health standards may proceed with reapplying for admission. Those who fail the reevaluation or fail to complete the admission procedures on time will have their admission status canceled.
